The Leadership Readiness Assessment™ helps identify strengths, development opportunities, and areas that may be limiting executive effectiveness, influence, and career progression.
The LRA, which is free to take and requires no obligation on your part, takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Once you are done, you’ll be able to save a download of your results, including all of the questions and your responses.
