Why Clients Choose to Work with Me:

  • Executive Experience Before Coaching: thirty-five years leading inside a Fortune 500 company before becoming an executive coach.
  • Business Acumen Meets Behavioral Science: coaching informed by strategy, finance, neuroscience, positive psychology, and emotional intelligence.
  • Evidence-Based Behavioral Change:  proven methodologies, including Stakeholder-Centered Coaching, that focus on measurable, sustainable results.
  • A Trusted Thinking Partner: a confidential space where leaders can explore complex decisions, challenge assumptions, and sharpen their judgment.

The higher leaders rise, the fewer places they have to think out loud.

As responsibilities grow, the decisions become more consequential. Expectations increase. Stakeholders multiply. Every conversation carries greater weight. Success is no longer determined solely by technical expertise or business acumen—it depends on the ability to influence, communicate, build trust, navigate uncertainty, and bring out the very best in others.

Leadership can be incredibly rewarding. It can also be surprisingly lonely. That’s where executive coaching makes the difference.

I believe my role is not to tell leaders what to do. It is to help them think more clearly, see what they cannot yet see, challenge assumptions, and make decisions with greater confidence and intention. The goal isn’t simply better leadership—it’s better thinking. Because better thinking produces better leaders.

That philosophy is rooted in my own leadership journey:

  • Before founding Accettura Coaching, I spent more than 35 years at HBO, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Strategic Analysis.
  • During one of the most transformative periods in the company’s history, I worked alongside senior executives on strategic planning, competitive analysis, pricing strategy, global expansion, and digital transformation.
  • I participated in high-stakes business decisions involving companies such as Apple, Amazon, Comcast, Charter, Verizon, and AT&T while helping shape strategies that impacted billions of dollars in annual revenue.

Those experiences gave me something that cannot be learned in a certification program.

I understand what it feels like to carry responsibility that extends beyond yourself.

I’ve experienced the pressure of making difficult decisions with incomplete information. I’ve navigated organizational politics, managed competing priorities, influenced without formal authority, and led through uncertainty. I’ve sat in executive meetings where every decision had significant financial and organizational implications.

I’ve lived the realities my clients face every day. That perspective shapes every one of my coaching conversations.

You will experience my coaching as a combination of executive leadership, business strategy, and behavioral science. Drawing upon neuroscience, positive psychology, emotional intelligence, and decades of executive experience, I help leaders understand not only what they need to change, but why those changes matter—and how they influence organizational performance.

Sometimes the challenge is obvious:

  • A newly expanded leadership role
  • An underperforming team
  • A difficult stakeholder
  • Leading through organizational change.
  • Preparing for the C-suite

Sometimes the challenge is less visible:

  • A loss of confidence
  • Imposter syndrome
  • Executive presence
  • The feeling that your leadership style may not scale to what’s next

Whatever brings leaders to coaching, they usually have one thing in common: something important is at stake.

Clients don’t hire me because they want another leadership theory. They hire me because they want a trusted thinking partner, someone who understands both the business challenges they face and the human dynamics that determine whether they’ll succeed.

Clients often tell me they value having a coach who understands executive leadership because he’s lived it; someone who listens without judgment, asks questions that challenge assumptions, offers practical perspectives grounded in real business experience, and creates accountability that leads to observable, measurable, and sustainable behavioral change.

While every engagement is unique, my objective is always the same – to help leaders become:

  • more thoughtful decision-makers,
  • more influential communicators,
  • more confident executives, and
  • more effective developers of people

Leadership isn’t defined by your title or your technical expertise. It’s defined by the conversations you have, the trust you build, the decisions you make, and the people you develop.

Helping leaders elevate all four is both my profession and my passion.

If you’re ready to invest in becoming the leader your organization needs next, I’d welcome the opportunity to help you get there.

Whether you’re ready to take the next step or just exploring possibilities,

I’d love to hear from you.
