Peter Accettura is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and adheres to the ICF Code of Ethics, including standards regarding client confidentiality, professional boundaries, and the distinction between coaching and other helping professions.

 

3.  No Guarantee of Outcomes

Coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including the client’s own effort, circumstances, and organizational context. While Accettura Coaching LLC brings 35+ years of business experience and a proven coaching methodology to every engagement, we cannot and do not guarantee specific results, promotions, performance improvements, or business outcomes from coaching services. Testimonials and case studies reflect individual experiences and are not representative guarantees for any other client.

 

4.  Confidentiality

Consistent with the ICF Code of Ethics, information shared during coaching sessions is held in confidence, except where: disclosure is required by law, it poses a risk of harm to the client or others, or is otherwise agreed to in writing (e.g., in organizational/sponsored coaching engagements where a designated stakeholder receives progress updates per the coaching agreement).

 

5.  Independent Contractor Relationship

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, Accettura Coaching LLC provides services as an independent contractor, not as an employee, agent, therapist, or fiduciary of the client or the client’s organization.
