Leadership Readiness Assessment™
The Leadership Readiness Assessment™ helps identify strengths, development opportunities, and areas that may be limiting executive effectiveness, influence, and career progression.
The LRA, which is free to take and requires no obligation on your part, takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Once you are done, you’ll be able to save a download of your results, including all of the questions and your responses. The seven categories assessed are:
- Presence
- Strategic Thinking
- Influence and Stakeholder Management
- Emotional Intelligence
- Leadership Effectiveness
- Leading Through Change and Ambiguity
- Career Readiness
To save your results:
- Scroll to the bottom, right-hand-side of the summary report that will display once you have fully completed the assessment
- Click on Download My Professional Report
- Your 15-page report is ready for you to either print or save as a pdf
